Happy Baptism Day!

Today Madeline Lucy Wilkins was baptized...since Bray takes off Tuesday for NY:(, we wanted to have her baptized before he left. She didn't even cry when the water hit her head! She wore an adorable outfit from Grandma Wendy(or Gege), and little shoes that were still too big from Grandma Garfield. Then we had a big lunch at Grandma and Grandpa's and Aunt Carolyn, Uncle Jordan, the Church's, Jerry and Jenny,Mrs. Greenfield, Rosie and Jessa all came. Hello again, everyone! This is Kajsa, back from the hiatus of having a baby...but thanks to Aunt Kathryn for keeping everyone updated on the happy event! We finally got a picture of Madeline (or Lulu as Hobbes says) with her eyes open...she is such a sweetie! She's been pretty easy so far...sleeps, eats, and doesn't cry too much! Hobbes loves to rub her soft little head and touch her nose. Other than that, he pretty much goes about his own business. So here are some more pics of our pretty little gal... I hope you all enjoy! We do!

Hobbes got to meet Madeline at the hospital today!He was pretty excited and patted her on the head. He then proceeded to tell us where her toes, nose and ears were. He also showed her his football.
And here he is just hanging out, wearing Ampa's hat.

Madeline Lucy Wilkins was born tonight at 7:30pm! She weighed in at 8lbs 13oz., and was 20in. long. She has a perfectly round head full of dark hair! Both Kajsa and the baby are doing well. Congratulations Bray and Kajsa! (posted by Kathryn)

Ampa's Birthday!

(This is Kathryn posting since Kajsa is in the hospital having Madeline.) Hobbes spent Saturday and Sunday at Ama and Ampa's while Bray and Kajsa were at the hospital. Madeline still isn't here yet! But here are some pics of Hobbes celebrating on Ampa's birthday. Ampa was pretty excited when Mike showed up with a new shotgun for him!This morning, Hobbes thought it was fun to try on Aunt Kathryn's flip-flops and tromp around the house. He couldn't figure out which one went on which foot. Hopefully, we'll have a post of Madeline soon!

Happy Easter!!!

Things are still pretty crazy here, so I just thought I'd put up a bunch of pics for now. These are from Easter events, my baby shower, park times, and study times....hope you enjoy, and that you had a wonderful Easter Sunday! We love and miss you all!

Hobbes caught on to the Easter egg hunt veryy quickly...and after it was over, tried to boost his spoils by going to the other kids' baskets. Ahh...boys.

Look at all those eggs!!! He figured out how to open them by throwing them, and then eating the candy off the ground...gotta give him kudos for creativity!
