Isn't this a cute cookie cake? This makes me excited for Saturday-Matt and Megan's big day!!! I got to go to one of her showers on Sunday, which was really fun, and they had this cookie cake at the shower. Megan is a real sweetie, and both of our kids seem to like her a lot. We think she fits in perfect with the Wilkins fam! Other than that, things have been relatively calm-we've gotten to spend a fair amount of family time, watch some movies, go on walks-and survive Hurricane Gustav! It's still pouring down rain as we speak, but the power is back on, and the winds aren't as bad. Last night the power went out, so we all went over to Matt and Megan's new house and spent the night! It was a fun party, and the kiddos enjoyed it a lot.

Archer and Hobbes had a rainy adventure during the beginning of the Hurricane-they had a blast, and were completely mud-soaked by the time they came in!

Hobbes in his Bama hat...college football season has started, and we made it in time for the 1st game! Hobbes kept going around, making sure all the boys (including Steve) had hats on...he looks pretty good in it, I must admit! (sorry, Pop! )
