Testing the camera-take 1

You may have picked up on my subtle (or not so subtle!) hints that our poor camera was dying. My parents got it for us right before our 1st move, and also Hobbes' arrival. For a digital camera, it has done extremely well-under taxing circumstances-being dropped in the sand, kiddos sneaking it, several moves....airports, you name it. On Black Friday, I decided to venture out at 5 am and stand in line, hoping to get a new model for a GREAT price! It was wet, cold, and I had no food-but God was very good and there were still a few left by the time I got inside! And to top it all off-I found a nice keyboard at a great sale-so now we have a Keyboard!!! Altogether, 2 great Christmas presents for Bray and I. So these pics are of us testing out our new camera-seems to work pretty well-now we just need to learn all it's tricks!
